SS-25-016 Rackspace Application Services

The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority ('JTA' or 'Authority') to award a Sole Source Contract to Rackspace US, Inc., for the Information Technology (IT) services used at the JTA which is a highly complex enterprise application and needs specialized skills to maintain it 24 X 7 X 365. Specifically, it requires Oracle EBS Application DBA skills and Oracle Linux Operating System Administrator skills, both of which are not readily available within the JTA IT team.
