The North East Florida Educational Consortium (NEFEC) seeks to continue its partnership with Swoogo, LLC through a sole-source procurement for online event registration and management services. The goal of this procurement is to maintain a reliable, fully integrated system that supports NEFEC’s growing portfolio of statewide professional development events, conferences, and trainings—many conducted in collaboration with the Florida Department of Education (DOE). Swoogo’s platform simplifies registration and provides advanced customization, flexible ticketing, robust data reporting, and effective communication tools that meet NEFEC’s operational needs. Over the past two years, the system has delivered strong performance and adaptability, supporting efficient attendee management, accurate data tracking, and professional event delivery. Continuing with Swoogo allows NEFEC to avoid costly disruptions, retraining, and redevelopment, while maintaining service continuity and data integrity. The platform’s reliability, integrations, and tailored features make it uniquely suited to NEFEC’s statewide event management requirements.
