Programmable ID Badge Cards and Related Supplies

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide programmable ID badge cards and related supplies including 35-bit Corporate 1000 or Corporate 1000 formatted cards, customizable lanyards, sleeves, printer ribbons, and other badge supplies. Prox cards must be 35-bit programmable cards in Corporate 1000 format that will work on existing HID readers and be printable from the Fargo DTC4500e printer.
