The scope of work is for a Continuing Contract for Vertical Construction Services and may include, but is not limited to general site construction, design-build, foundation, structural, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior and exterior finishes, painting, roofing, furnishings, fixture, furniture, planters and art installation, landscaping, ancillary horizontal work, and other work normally associated with vertical construction at the Orlando International Airport, the Orlando Executive Airport, and other facilities operated by the Authority, to be determined on an as-need basis.
