Utilizing the MLS listing service. Supply full advertising. Show properties to prospective buyers. Hold open houses. Conduct contract presentations to the City. Complete the final real estate closing transactions through escrow and recordation. Ensure that property is ready to be received by the City including all tenants moved out of the affordable unit if appropriate.
