Description

City of Tampa needs a 3 Ton mini Split to create a conditioned space for a small warehouse. Contractor to provide a wall mounted 3 ton mini split that would be mounted on a concrete CMU wall. All the necessary components to mount the Condenser to a exterior concrete wall and the air handle to an interior concrete wall. Exterior mounting system needs to be robust enough to withstand hurricane wind conditions. Contractor to provided all required disconnects for the HVAC unit and a thermostat/controller for the unit. Contractor is only to provided the material and equipment for this work installation will be handled by others. Contractor to provided a unit that will be easy to install with at least 20' pre charged lines and is rated for a 240V breaker.
