Description
The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (hereinafter the State System), is seeking 3rd party student recruitment agencies (hereinafter Contractor) to partner with, and recruit prospective international students, to undertake academic programs and/or the English Language Program at one of the ten (10) State System universities or multiple universities. The Contractors are expected to recruit potential international students over the term of the contract. The purpose of this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is to select a pool of qualified firms and individuals that can provide international student recruitment Services for the State System. This ITQ will result in multiple participation award contracts. Successful placement on the award list provides eligible Contractors with the ability to provide the services on an as needed basis. It is not a guarantee that the State System will request the Contractor to provide the services. The State System makes no guarantee as to the number and size of engagements which may be procured under an awarded contract. Determination regarding which of the multiple awarded contracts will be used is expected to be made on a university-by-university basis based on the option that best suits their needs and offers the best value.
