Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals for a Contractor to provide Beach Maintenance services for the County maintained beaches. Proposals shall include staffing levels, equipment lists, management plans, and operational procedures required to perform all specified Beach Maintenance services. These services include but are not limited to: beach ramp grading, garbage and recycling collection, bulk debris removal, rut raking, beach porter services, and fire pit transportation. Beginning on October 1, 2026, the Contractor must begin full operation of all Beach Maintenance services required in this contract.
