(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday lights, displays and decorations service to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL. – Provide holiday lighting, decor, and themed display solutions on a seasonal rental or lease basis, along with related services that may include design consultation, display selection, installation, maintenance, removal, storage, and ongoing support.– Provide leased or rental holiday lighting, decor, and themed display solutions, along with optional related services such as design consultation, installation, maintenance, removal, storage, and program support.  • Design and planning:– Develop cohesive, citywide holiday themes and location–specific design concepts– Provide conceptual ideas or examples of past design concepts that illustrate the proposed vision and approach for clearwater, for agency review and approval.• Materials and equipment:– Furnish all commercial–grade lighting, decorations, and display components.– Supply all lifts and other materials necessary to install, maintain, and remove all lights and decorations.• Installation:– Install all lighting and decorative elements at designated agency locations.– Provide traffic control or safety measures as required during installation.• Maintenance: – Provide routine inspections, maintenance and repairs throughout the display period.– Ensure all displays remain operational, safe, and visually consistent.• Removal and storage:– Remove all lighting and decorations in a timely and organized manner.– Package, transport, and store materials in a manner that preserves their condition.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 1, 2026.
