RFP # 11-25 Swimming Pool Cleaning Service

The City of Portsmouth, NH is requesting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted electronically via the eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofportsmouth before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. The City of Portsmouth is requesting proposals from qualified Janitorial Services companies to enter into a term service contract for seasonal cleaning of the outdoor pool at Pierce Island, and yearlong cleaning services within the indoor pool at 48 Jarvis Drive. Services will include cleaning of offices, restrooms, locker rooms and pool decks seven days a week. TERM CONTRACT The City seeks a three-year contract with potential for two (2) one-year extensions.
