The CITY OF PACIFICA ("City") is requesting proposals and intends to seek and obtain professional services for streetlights and traffic signals throughout the CITY OF PACIFICA. The selection will be based on overall price, services, performance and reliability of the proposers. The City's needs are outlined in the following Request for Proposal ("RFP"). The selected contractor will be invited to enter into an agreement with the CITY OF PACIFICA based on their response to this Request for Proposal. The CITY OF PACIFICA has created the cost proposal provided in Request for Proposal.
