(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party operation and management service of licensed child care facility to the government authority located in NM. – Qualified third–party operators to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the management and operation of a licensed child care facility serving employees.– Operate a safe, developmentally appropriate, financially viable child care program.– Operate independently from agency while coordinating with agency on facility use, food service, transportation, and possible out–of–school–time programming.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
