(1) Vendor needs to provide IT project management managed services to the government authority located in Sacramento, California.• Provide managed services supporting its IT Project Management Office Supplemental project management support for a portion of our current Portfolio of approved IT projects• IT projects are managed in–house by agency staff or contractors using a traditional waterfall delivery methodology, agile methodology or a combination of both methodologies (Hybrid). agency project management tools include a ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Module, Microsoft Project and Atlassian Align and Jira. agency is in the process of migrating from ServiceNow PPM module to Clarity PPM module. agency follows the Software Development Life Cycle for internal development and follows the framework for agile work management(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
