RECREATION SOFTWARE

The Town of Manchester is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Recreation software to be used by several departments. The scope and functionality of the proposed solution is to include: membership, program registration, facility reservations, league scheduling, point of sale, reporting and other functionality included within the requirements section of this RFP. There is an expectation that the chosen solution will have an intuitive navigation for both the public and the employees. Interested and qualified vendors who have demonstrated their ability, at comparable work, are invited to submit proposals. The Town of Manchester is not obligated to accept any proposal or to negotiate with any proposal. All decisions are subject to the final approval of the Town of Manchester who reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without cause or liability.
