Multi-Family Residential Development at the Stoneman Site

The City of San Marino ("City") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) Project ID for Project Title . All submittals are due before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date to identify and select a qualified development partner for the development of multi-family housing on a portion of the existing Stoneman site. The City seeks a team with proven experience in designing and constructing high-quality multi-family residential projects that align with the City’s newly established RM1 (Multi-Family Residential) zoning standards and certified Housing Element. The selected Developer will work with the City to create a thoughtfully planned community that delivers needed housing and reflects the character of San Marino.
