Sacramento River West North Levee - Surveying

The West Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (WSAFCA) invites firms to provide a proposal to perform land surveying services that will inform design for the Sacramento River West North Levee (SRNWL) project. The SRWNL extends for approximately 5.8 miles along the west bank of the Sacramento River from the Sacramento Bypass South Levee to the Stone Locks east gate/closure structure. These field surveys will be done in close partnership with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE/Corps) as the data will be used by the USACE for the design of future levee improvements. WSAFCA will negotiate a contract for these services based on the most qualified and cost-effective proposal. This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the SRNWL background, scope of services, submittal instructions, schedule, and selection criteria.
