Description

The Seattle Public Library is looking for a vendor to provide on-call and as-needed glass cleaning service on the exterior of the downtown Central Library. The cleaning work will be provided approximately twice per year, in the spring and the fall. The scope includes the cleaning of all glass, mullions, finished aluminum, louvers, gutters and steel frames. Vendor shall perform inspection of each curtain wall, including all components.
