Motor Coach Transportation

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide Motor Coach Group Transportation for a variety of trips during the year for the City's Department of Parks & Recreation Active Lifestyles Program. Scheduled travel may be local, long-distance or interstate and may include overnight trips.
