(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–course golf management software.    – The art golf management software solutions including an integrated on–line tee time reservation solution and a networked point of sale system.     – Provide technical support for both hardware and software must be available during normal golf course operational hours.– On–line tee time reservations from golf course website or third–party affiliate site.– Automated customizable email confirmations of bookings and cancellations.– Remote access for creating, running and analysing reports and data.– Customer relationship management system with automated email marketing tools.– Create multiple administrators with varying access to the system.– Remote access to the system by management.– A robust and dependable golf management software solution.– Integrated electronic tee sheet.– Reports to analyze all data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.
