(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Fort Collins, CO. – Provide design services that include planning and engagement assistance, engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, riparian vegetative expertise, permitting, and construction support.– The baseline investigations, technical memos and reporting are intended to inform project design, impact and mitigation potential, construction operations, and permitting requirements.– Provide onsite construction and resident engineering support services.– Provide construction observation, maintain and submit construction daily logs and reports.– Host pre–construction meeting, develop agenda and distribute meeting minutes.– Design and construction are preliminarily outlined as below.– Construction approaches regarding vegetation restoration.     (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 01, 2026.         (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on June 25, 2026.
