The City of Lynnwood is soliciting proposals to provide Prosecuting Attorney Services to include, but are not limited to: review of reports, charging decisions, court appearances, arraignments, trials, negotiations, forfeitures, appeals, non-police originating enforcements such as code enforcement, police training and review of charging decisions. For full details, please download RFP #3551 Prosecuting Attorney Services , in the Scope of Work, Exhibits and Attachment section. Initial contract term is three (3) years and may be renewed for one (1) additional three (3) year term. Initial and renewal terms require City Council approval.
