Request for Proposals: Residential Treatment and Detoxification Services (ASAM Level 3.5)

Submitted Proposals must conform to the requirements of this RFP. By submitting a Proposal, Respondents acknowledge their commitment to meet the service expectations, performance standards, and operational requirements defined herein. The criteria by which the City will evaluate Proposals are set forth in this RFP. This RFP solicits Proposals from licensed and certified community-based organizations to deliver ASAM Level 3.5 Clinically Managed High-Intensity Residential Treatment Services, with the option to include ASAM Level 3.2 or 3.7 withdrawal management/detoxification, for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The scope of services, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria are described in this RFP and associated attachments.
