ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide Hubbell Electric Water Heaters or a commercial-grade equivalent. Commercial grade equivalent must be approved by the Waterworks Department prior to award. Specifications of the commercial-grade equivalent must be submitted with the quote.
