(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise data platform. – Provide design, implementation, and support of a modern cloud–based enterprise data platform.– Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources, enable centralised data management, improve reporting and analytics capabilities, and empower staff and leadership.– AI–assisted analytics and insights.– Natural language querying.– Automated anomaly detection.– AI–enabled reporting assistant.– Data Source Identification and Assessment:– ETL/ELT pipelines with monitoring and error handling.• Assess potential time savings and other gains that can be achieved from implementing the data platform.• Case management system, client data, programme enrolment records, and case recording data.• Donor management and fundraising platforms.• Volunteer management system.– Platform Selection and Architecture Design:• Secure data ingestion and staging.• Data warehouse and lakehouse environment.• Metadata management and data governance capabilities.• Role–based access.– Data Pipeline Development:• Design and build automated pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from identified systems and internal sources (e.g. Sharepoint folders) into the centralised platform.• Implement monitoring and error handling to maintain reliable data flows.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
