Security System Upgrade and Maintenance, for the Joint Judicial Center

Purpose : The City of Winchester is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation and quality control and management for: 'Enter brief project description here This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).
