(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management technician services to support the management of IT assets at all stages of the asset lifecycle. • Maintain documentation to support asset management activities. Follow all policies and procedures for tracking equipment and software.  • Support and assist with request fulfilment, purchasing, receiving, and deployment of hardware and software. • Maintain records within asset management database.   • Analyze inventory of items and identify required stock levels to support business needs.  • Assess compliance with established asset policies and procedures.  • Track software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts, in line with established policies and procedures.  • Generate reports on cost, spending, licensing, warranty, and maintenance/support contracts to support purchasing decisions.• Develop purchasing recommendations that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.   (2) This is not RFP; this is job posting.
