(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based body scanner solution. – Provide modern body scanner solution to replace its existing system, which is approaching end of life and no longer meets the facility’s operational, technical, and safety requirements.– Solution must integrate with the Jail Management System (JMS), including both the current Central Square platform and the future Cadmus system.– Integration must enable secure, reliable, and automated data exchange to minimize manual data entry and ensure the accuracy and integrity of inmate records.– Solution must support two–way directional data exchange between the body scanner system and the JMS, including the automated population of arrestee data and the storage of scan results and associated records.– Maintains a custom–built, two–way directional API to facilitate data exchange with the existing Central Square JMS.– Consider this existing capability and clearly indicate whether their proposed solution will leverage, modify, or replace it.– The method of integration (e.g., API, file transfer, middleware).– Relevant experience integrating with CentralSquare and Cadmus.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
