Project Manager - Defensible Space on Private Property

Tuolumne County (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional services as a Project Manager (PM) in the implementation of defensible space activities on private property funded through the Community Wildfire Defense Grant (CWDG) grant program. Under the general oversight and direction of County Administration Office (CAO) staff, the PM will serve as the day-to-day, field-based program lead, responsible for coordinating property assessments, developing parcel-specific scopes of work, directing contractors who perform the defensible space work, performing quality control inspections, and serving as the primary point of contact for participating property owners and contractors on behalf of the County.
