(1) Vendor needs to provide one system.– Design, configure, test, pilot, implement, integrate, and stabilize OneSystem, a secure, enterprise–grade platform that consolidates grant management (OneApp), unified planning (OnePlan), and performance monitoring into a cohesive, user–centered solution.– Platform is intended to replace disconnected tools and manual processes with configurable workflows, role–based access, and integration with agency–managed data systems.– Deliver a production–ready system that supports statewide scale, statutory compliance, audit readiness, and long–term sustainability– Integrating the new system with existing systems and ensuring compatibility with various devices, browsers, and accessibility standards may present technical challenges– Solution shall include AI–assisted capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, such as automatically checking submissions for completeness against defined requirements and flagging submissions for manual review when risk indicators are detected(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
