25-43 Titus Rd and CR 2321 Intersection Improvements FPN 453528-1-54-01

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of CR 2321 and Titus Rd. The project consists of new asphaltic concrete pavement, sod, roadside shoulders, minimal sidewalks, roadside drainage systems and relocation of intersection of Highpoint Road and Cr 2321. The State of Florida, Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) entered into a County Incentive Grant Program (CIGP) agreement with the “County. The project is being funded by FDOT FPN 453528-1-54-01. Funding for the project has been made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDOT.
