(1) Vendor needs to provide computer assisted mass appraisal administrator support services. • Prepare and Run Electronic Data Integrity Reports as directed.• Run the Update Physical Characteristics Utility as within Assessing.net as necessary.• Assist and perform the required and necessary maintenance on the Assessing Module of BSA Software.• Assist with the design and implementation of a GIS system fully integrated with the Assessing Module of BS&A Software.• Assist with the training of the staff in the use of said GIS system.• Assist with the design and implementation of a multiple regression analysis system and the training of staff in the use of said system.• Assist the Manager, GIS and Land Maintenance as necessary with all aspects of Assessing.net.• Other related duties as directed designee.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
