Septic to Sewer Conversion District A Phase 1

INVITATION TO BID (ITB) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA, IS ACCEPTING BIDS FOR: ITB NO. SOLICITATION # 'Project ID FOR 'Project Title The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, ("the County"), is soliciting Vendors/Contractors that are active in conversions of septic tanks to county utility sewer service in District A-Hernando County, FL. District A's North border is Cortez Blvd west of the Sand Hill Scout Reservation and stretches South to Elgin Blvd. The East border is the Sand Hill Scout Reservation, and the West border is Lyon Ave, west of Moongate and Elgin. District A's total area is approximately 233 acres and District A will be split into Phases 1 and 2, in which, the homes and businesses will be converted from septic tanks to sanitary sewer service. This solicitation is for District A Phase 1 with approximately 520 septic tanks from homes and businesses to be converted to county utility sanitary sewer service. This project is financed in whole or in part through a grant from the Federal Government known as ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act). Offers for furnishing the above will be received and accepted up to Proposal Submission Time , local time, 'Proposal Submission Date , via the Hernando County Procurement Department eProcurement Portal . Only electronic submittals shall be accepted by the County." to "Only electronic submittals through the eProcurement portal shall be accepted by the County. The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received in accordance with the Bid Documents and the Hernando County Procurement Ordinance.
