Design Services for Wellfield Regional Park Improvements

What is the solicitation method? The County is seeking Professional design services for the planning, design, and permitting to reorganize and redevelop the aging Wellfield Park into the Wellfield Regional Park. The City of Venice entered into an agreement with Sarasota County to convey ownership of the site for redevelopment into a County regional park. The County expects to award a CCNA Specific Project Agreement to run for the duration of the project.
