OPTIONAL Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025 , at 11:00 AM at the Manhattan Beach Sand Dune Park Playground area located at 3299 Bell Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. See Appendix E for Location Map. Proposers are responsible for paying their own metered parking costs and obeying all parking signage. Utilization of available street parking along Rosecrans Avenue and Bell Avenue is highly encouraged as no public parking is allowed within the Armory National Guard Parking Lot. Project Description The City is seeking to implement the City Council approved conceptual plan and proceed to final design plans, specifications (with calculations), estimate, and project schedule on the Sand Dune Park Improvements Project. This includes all necessary technical investigations. The Consultant will work closely with the City’s Consultant Project Manager, City Staff, manufacturers, and artists to ensure that the Project is executed in a thorough and timely manner.
