(1) Vendor needs to provide google chromebook supplies to the government authority located in Missouri.– Technology providers to supply between 600 and 800 student–grade Chromebooks, each inclusive of a Google Chrome OS Education Upgrade License.– Refresh and expand our current student 1:1 device deployment, ensuring robust, reliable, and manageable digital learning tools for the upcoming school terms.– All equipment must be brand new, current production models, and meet or exceed the performance, durability, and operating specifications.– Google Chrome OS Education Upgrade License: One perpetual, domain–tied management license must be bundled and priced alongside each individual hardware unit. Cross–conforming enrollment permissions must be ready for deployment in the district's Google Workspace domain.– Auto Update Expiration (AUE): The proposed hardware platform must feature a Google AUE support lifespan reaching at least June 2032 to ensure complete return on investment.
