(1) Vendor needs to provide flight school partners compliance oversight service to the government authority located in TX.• Provider to deliver independent governance, compliance monitoring, quality assurance,operational evaluation, and vendor management services• Delivering comprehensive oversight services across the University’s aviation ecosystem, including but not limited to:• Governance framework administration• Regulatory compliance oversight• Operational quality assurance• Vendor contract monitoring• Performance auditing• Student safety oversight• Instructor qualification monitoring• Financial and operational accounting analysis(2) The contract period will be for one year.
