Inventory Assessment and Formal Nomination of Cheyenne Airport Historic District Structures

The City of Cheyenne (City) is requesting technical and fee proposals from a qualified consultant with experience in Historic Preservation (Consultant) for professional services to conduct a Historic Airport District Inventory Assessment of the Old Cheyenne Airport Terminal and Old Control Tower, as well as the Community Hangar and the Flying School Hangar (contributing structures). The purpose of this is to document and understand the current conditions of the structures and surrounding areas for a formal National Register of Historic Places nomination. The information from this Assessment will aid with further planning, restoration, repair, maintenance, renovation, and preservation efforts.
