OPEN Design-Build Services for the Consolidated Proposed Richland County Emergency Operations Center (EOC)

Richland County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from Design-Builders for a turnkey Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in an existing County Facility, pending funding availability. The selected Design-Builder will be the sole source responsible for the entire project, including architectural programming, design, and construction, holding all contracts for designers, trade contractors, and suppliers (excluding Owner-provided Special Inspections).
