Request for Quote - Servers

West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) is requesting quotes for the purchase of three (3) new enterprise-grade servers to support ongoing infrastructure needs. These servers will be used to replace aging hardware that supports critical systems, improve performance, and ensure future scalability. The District is seeking Dell PowerEdge servers, each equipped with two (2) Intel Xeon Silver processors with a minimum of 16 cores per processor (32 threads total), and 1,536 GB of memory. The minimum required specifications are provided as an attachment for reference. While hardware that exceeds these specifications will be accepted, selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. All servers must include iDRAC Enterprise (Advanced) for remote management capabilities as well as three (3) Year Dell Pro Support Plus warranty. Vendors are encouraged to submit competitive pricing proposals that meet or exceed the minimum requirements.
