(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based eDiscovery platform.– Provide a turnkey replacement solution, including all hardware, software, professional services, and support necessary to deploy a fully functional environment.– A virtualization layer (e.g., VMware or equivalent) enabling future repurposing of compute and storage resources for other eDiscovery or SQL‑based applications.– All required software licenses to operate the solution for a minimum of three (3) years, excluding relativity user licenses.– Hardware and software to support onsite backup of all relativity data. – Full replacement of the  existing relativity server hardware environment.– 24x7x365 remote monitoring(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
