Adaptive Reuse of 2907 West Avenue

The Economic Development Authority of the City of Newport News (the “City” or "EDA") is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit redevelopment proposals from qualified developers for the adaptive reuse of the West Avenue Library, owned the City of Newport News (“City”) and located at 2907 West Avenue, Newport News, Virginia 23607 (Parcel ID # 310040107). This solicitation is being initiated by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Newport News, Virginia (EDA), on behalf of the City.
