Consulting Services for 2591 West Avenue

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Consultant”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide consultant services connected with facility assessments, surveys, and conceptual designs to support positioning for adaptive reuse of the structure at 2591 West Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
