(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive laboratory testing and specimen collection services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide comprehensive clinical laboratory testing services and specimen collection support for patients.– Required testing capabilities include, but are not limited to:• Routine Laboratory Testing• Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)• Complete Blood Count (CBC)• Lipid Panels• Hemoglobin A1C• Thyroid testing and endocrine screening• Other routine diagnostic laboratory tests• Behavioral Health Medication MonitoringO Lithium level monitoringO Valproic Acid level monitoringO Clozapine monitoring• Other medication monitoring as clinically required• Urine Testing & Toxicology• Drug testing for substance use treatment programs• Chain–of–custody drug testing where required• Infectious Disease Testing– The Services include rapid testing, including:• Rapid toxicology screening• Rapid infectious disease screening• Expedited laboratory result reporting• Priority processing of urgent specimens• Rapid turnaround times are essential to support:• Crisis stabilization• Clinical decision–making• Admission into treatment programs• Medication safety monitoring– On–Site Phlebotomy Services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
