EXTRA-72816 - USA (Minnesota) - Community Based, Peer Supported Drop-In Center Pilot Program Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community based, peer supported drop–in center pilot program services to the government authority located in MN. – The model programs will focus on providing vocational and educational support, recovery and rehabilitative skills support services, and program specific benefits.– The individuals served by the model will be considered members of their respective programs because they will be active participants in their programs and have responsibilities that support their personal recovery and rehabilitative goals, these goals will include, community integration, finding and maintaining stable housing, supported education and employment, learning and implementing symptom management skills and participating in psychosocial programming.  – Model programming can include, developing and maintaining Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAPs), facilitating leisure groups and process and support groups, and conducting Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) education, psychosocial education, vocational education and practice, and health and wellness classes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
