Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment Peer Drop In Services

Washington County Behavioral Health Addictions program seeks to contract with a qualified provider to deliver the following services from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2029, as follows: Develop and operate a Recovery Drop-in Center in a county-owned building located at 5250 NE Elam Young Parkway in Hillsboro, Or. Contractor will establish a safe, sober, and fun environment for individuals who have a desire to begin, or to sustain, a lifestyle of recovery from substance use and addiction. Recovery support services will be provided to any participant who “drops-in” to the center, or who expresses an interest in recovery support during community outreach activities and events. The contractor will operate as a convener, bringing together other organizations that provide recovery support services to offer an array of peer services within the drop-in center. The goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere supported by diverse individuals and organizations to develop a program responsive to all Washington County community members.
