(1) Vendor needs to provide commissioning agent services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.– Plan, manage, and document the commissioning process through the design, construction, acceptance, and post–occupancy phases, ensuring that building systems.– Review and validate the owner’s project requirements.– Develop the initial commissioning plan.– Commissioning management.– Develop and maintain a commissioning schedule coordinated with the contractor.– Coordinate with contractors for completion tracking.– Functional performance testing.– Assist the owner in determining substantial completion readiness.– Review system performance under seasonal conditions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 22,2026.
