Residential Energy Efficiency and Electrification

The City of New Haven is seeking a regional or local nonprofit or business with experience managing subcontractors to complete energy efficiency and electrification improvements in residential (1 to 4 unit) properties. The applicant should also be familiar with Energize CT programs and federal incentives for residential (1 to 4 unit) energy efficiency, energy efficiency barrier remediation, and electrification projects in order to guide residents and property owners through these programs and incentives to maximize benefits, implement deep energy efficiency improvements, and achieve whole home electrification.
