(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety technical support service to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. • Provide technical assistance for the Image Trend system.• Mobile Data Computer (MDC) support as it pertains to the Fire Sub–agency layout.• GIS map updates• Perform backup support duties of the Image Trend software• Individual Field definition for data retrieval that feeds the dashboard.• As necessary, work with the business units to define needs for custom collection with the CAD mobile application.• Multiple layouts and assisting to narrow the number used for Product and Training purposes. (UI)• Support the transition from Central Square Classic Mobile to Mobile UX and Common Identity Management (CIM).• Assist with moving files between systems for the Police Information Management System.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026(3) The contract period will be for five years.
