(1) Vendor needs to provide shuttle services to the government authority located in San Antonio, Texas.• Drivers must possess in–depth knowledge of traffic patterns, downtown hotel locations, and major local venues.• Drivers must remain aware of changes in loading zones, construction areas, road closures, and alternate routes that may impact shuttle operations.• Drivers must be able to adjust to changes in schedule and rider requirements, including frequency and volume fluctuations.• Drivers shall complete event–specific training, including route orientation, customer service expectations, ADA procedures, and emergency response protocols.• Drivers shall maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times and provide assistance to passengers as needed, including ADA riders.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
