(1) Vendor needs to provide 2027 apprenticeship conference service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide conference services to include meeting space, food, beverage services and sleeping rooms for the 2027 apprenticeship conference.– Capability to hold the conference as listed below as a two–half day and one full day conference with setup on Monday and Tuesday, and the conference starting on Wednesday afternoon through Friday morning.– One general session room with meeting room capacity for up to three hundred and fifty people in crescent rounds of eight seats per table, with linens and chairs.– Four breakout rooms with meeting room capacity for up to one hundred twenty–five people in each classroom.– Carpeted event space.– Provide sleeping rooms on the premises preferably close to the conference meeting rooms.– Attendee sleeping rooms will be reserved via a web link and paid for by individuals. Staff and suites block will be a rooming list direct billed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
